We do not require a contract, so you can use our housekeeping services for your short-term rental, furnished rental, or corporate condos as frequently or as sparingly as needed. The rates will remain unchanged.
Some features of this service include:
- We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Our maids cleaners are licensed and insured.
- We can usually accommodate your scheduling needs within 24 hours of your inquiry.
- There is no contract, so you can use our cleaning services as often or as little as you like, or cancel at any time without penalty (we kindly ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations, so we can try to find replacement hours for the cleaner).
- Our housekeepers can help restock items (when available), take note of supplies running low, launder towels/washcloths/sheets and replace them, sweep the yard and clean patio furniture, and tidy up the rental apartment!
